On July 12, the first meeting of the Common platform for open discussion of investment proposals of foreign and local investors will be held at the Crystal ballroom of the International hotel. co-organized by the committee for investments and the Business Ombudsman.
The purpose of the meetings is to inform about the available human, industrial and natural resources and other aspects of the Uzbekistan's investment potential, to provide networking opportunity between local and foreign investors, government and state-run companies and other stakeholders.
It is planned to use the platform for implementing mechanisms for transparent and timely discussion of investment proposals of foreign and local investors, heads of companies, including selection of acceptable investment options, and prompt resolution of concrete problems, identifying systemic issues requiring comprehensive approach and persistent resolution.
The meetings will be open for foreign and local investors, representatives of diplomatic missions, senior executives of companies and other interested parties.
