Uzbekistan delegation led by the Minister of Foreign Trade Jamshid Khodjaev will be visiting Belarus from August 9-15, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.
The strong Uzbek delegation, including the heads of ministries and agencies, the Council of Ministers of Karakalpakstan, governors and Tashkent mayor's office officials and top business executives are scheduled to visit Minsk and the regions of Belarus, get familiar with industrial and agricultural companies.
The main purpose of the visit is to establish direct contacts at the inter-provinces level to boost the Uzbek-Belarusian trade and economic ties.
