The State-Owned Assets Management Center under the Competition Committee has entered into a trust management agreement with a subsidiary of United Investment Healthcare Group (USA).

As part of the document, the U.S. based company will get the state’s share in JSC Dori-Darmon (71% of the authorized capital).

Earlier the Cabinet of Ministers issued a resolution on 10.22.2018, providing for the hand-over of the state’s share in Dori-Darmon to United Investment Healthcare Group LLC.

The Resolution has also determined that the payment for the services to US firm shall be in the form of monthly remuneration from revenue and the bonuses.

While, the amount of bonus shall be calculated based on the net profit of Dori-Darmon from the dividends for the state’s share in Dori-Darmon in the year-end.

Dori-Darmon is a state-owned and the largest wholesale and retail pharmaceutical distributor in Uzbekistan established 90 years ago.

The company is organized in 8 Joint-Stock Companies, 12 Limited Liability Companies which have 17 warehouses, 15 laboratories, a network of 1373  pharmacies including the branches with rural medical stations in all provinces of Uzbekistan.
