The State Statistics Committee reported on the production volume of certain types of goods by large industrial enterprises in January 2020.
In particular, production of passenger cars increased, if, 17,466 cars were manufactured in January 2019, then 22,000 cars - in 2020.
In January 2020, 5,962 Nexia 3 models were produced (a 29.0% year-to year increase), 5,078 - Cobalt (+47.4%), 4,340 - Gentra (+55.0%), 3,989 - Damas (+35.2%), 2,320 - Spark (+48.7%) and 7,288 - Labo (-52.2%).
Truck production declined. 367 were produced in 2019, , while in 2020 – 272 trucks.
Production of car engines increased. If in 2019 16.4 thousand units of engines were produced, then in 2020 - 19.8 thousand.
In January 2020, tractor production topped 25 (in 2019 – 9 tractors).
