Around the clock shopping high streets and centers will be set up in Uzbekistan, the President Mirziyoyev announced at the gov’t meeting on the development of the service sector in provinces.
These streets of trade and services will be set up in 28 cities and provincial centers with a population of more than 150 thousand people. These streets will have to host over 100 thousand businesses.
For any service industry the most important task is to choose the right location. Therefore, the Ministry of Construction, together with the governors regions, was instructed to select locations for streets and centers for trade and services, develop their projects, divide them into lots and put them up for sale through bids.
These commercial and service facilities may be allowed to operate 24 hours a day, subject to applicable requirements.
