In the first quarter of 2017, the enterprises of UzKimyoSanoat (Uzbek Chemical Industry, a state-run holding) produced goods in current prices totaling 480.1 billion soums, consumer goods - worth 26.6 billion soums.
The output of mineral fertilizers in Q1 reached 219.89 thousand tons (in 100% of nutrients), including:
nitrogen fertilizers - 157.05 thousand tons;
phosphorous fertilizers - 30.41 thousand tons;
potassium fertilizers - 32.43 thousand tons.
The products export forecast is at 112%.
According to the Localization Program, in January-March 2017, products worth 4.8 billion UZS were manufactured.
As part of the investment projects within the Investment Program, the enterprises under UzKimyoSanoat disbursed US$ 45.8 million of investments.
Under contracts entered into at the X International Industrial Fair and the Cooperation Exchange, the company's enterprises purchased products worth 102.5 billion soums.
