Following the talks in Kuala Lumpur, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister of Malaysia Anwar Ibrahim signed a Joint Statement on Deepening Bilateral Cooperation on the Path to Strategic Partnership and oversaw the signing of other accords:
- Agreement on cooperation in assessing product conformity with Halal standards;
- Agreement on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters;
- Agreement on cooperation in higher education;
- Agreement on cooperation in healthcare;
- Agreement on cooperation in culture;
- Agreement on cooperation in forensic activities;
- Agreement on academic and diplomatic cooperation;
- Protocol on cooperation in developing smart cities;
- Joint Plan to Deepen Partnership in Combating Corruption for 2025-2026.
