The President Mirziyoyev signed a Decree appointing Ravshan Gulamov to the position of Advisor to the President of Uzbekistan on Territorial Development and due to this move Gulamov has been relieved from the position of Advisor to the President of Uzbekistan on Economic Policies.
Ravshan Gulomov, 57, holds undergraduate degree of the Tashkent State University (1992), and the graduate degree of the Australian National University (1998).
He held various positions in the Central Bank in the period of 1992-2204. He served as the First Deputy Minister of Finance in 2009, the Minister of Economy in 2010, the Chairman of the State Committee for Assistance to Privatized Enterprises and Development of Competition in 2017–2018, Head of the Department for Macroeconomic Analysis and Forecasting under the Cabinet of Ministers in 2018, the First Deputy Minister of Economy and Industry in 2019, was appointed as the State Advisor to the President of Uzbekistan on Economic Development, Investment and Foreign Trade Policy Implementation in 2019.
Obid Khakimov has been appointed to the position of Advisor to the President of Uzbekistan on Economic Policy, and due to this move he was relieved from the position of the Deputy Advisor to the President of Uzbekistan on Economic Policy/ Director of the Center for Economic Research and Reforms.
Aziz Magrupov was appointed to the position of Deputy Advisor to the President of Uzbekistan on Regional Development, and due to this move he was relieved from the position of the Presidential Envoy on Foreign Investment.
