Mirmukhammad Mirkhamidov, 43, has been appointed Deputy Tashkent Mayor in charge of Anti- Corruption Compliance and Internal Control, the Tashkent city administration's press service.
Since 2023, Mirmukhammad Mirkhamidov served as Deputy chief of the Department for Supervision of Legality of Execution of Judicial Decisions and Decisions of Other Bodies of the Prosecutor General's Office.
Mirkhamidov holds an undergraduate degree majoring in law from the National University of Uzbekistan and a graduate degree of the Tashkent State Law Institute. He is a ranked Senior Justice Advisor. Since 2006, he had worked in the prosecutor's office.
In his address to the parliament, the President Shavkat Mirziyoyev announced a anti-corruption emergency work regimen in government agencies for 2026. Since then deputy chief jobs have added at several government bodies and state-owned companies, including Uzbekneftegaz, Uztransgaz and others.
