A Cobalt driver in Tashkent has been penalized after a video surfaced showing an adult toy attached to the hood of his car.
The Traffic Safety Service commented on the incident, stating that law enforcement officers launched an investigation and successfully identified the vehicle's owner.
The driver claimed he did not attach the object himself. According to his account, he left his car in a parking lot, and when he returned, he discovered the toy stuck to the hood.
"I left my car in the parking lot. When I came back a short while later, I saw that this object had been glued to the hood. I couldn't get it off myself, so I started driving to an auto repair shop. I was filmed on video while on my way there. I apologize for what happened," the driver explained.
Despite his explanation, a police report was filed against the man under Article 183 of the Administrative Liability Code for Disorderly conduct. The court sentenced him to 15 days of administrative arrest.
