Today, the President Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with the Russian President Vladimir Putin, the presidential press service said.
The two leaders reportedly discussed the ways to further develop and strengthen the Uzbek-Russian comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance ties and the progress of high-level agreements.
They pointed to the growing key indicators of trade, economic, and investment cooperation, as well as supporting cooperation projects between the provinces of the two countries.
They counterparts commended the expanding humanitarian cooperation, particularly in the areas of culture, art, and education, including engineering training.
