A tree snapped and fell onto a moving car in Tashkent's Chilanzar district, with no injuries reported, city's emergency services said in a statement.
The incident occurred at 11:59 p.m. on October 1 on Kichik Halqa Yoli Street in Chilanzar. The tree broke and fell onto a car as it was driving along the road.
Rescue crews and partner services were deployed to the scene immediately. They cleared the aftermath of the incident and worked to reopen the road to traffic.
The obstruction was removed and traffic in the area has since resumed.
The statement stressed that no one was injured. It did not say how many people were in the car, the make of the vehicle or the extent of the damage.
The cause of the tree's collapse has not been determined.
