As it became known in previous court hearings, on the night of July 9the murderer consumed the Regopen, Tropicamide and Mephedrone drugs. Under the influence of these substances, he became jealous of his wife N.N., 30, who had been living with him, for her son, born in 2021, who was trying to get into his mother’s arms, and brutally killed the child while he was sleeping (by stabbing him in the face with a foldable knife).
Medical examination ordered by the court found the defendant to be sane and mentally healthy.
