On June 27 at 6:34 p.m. Tashkent time, an earthquake was felt across most provinces of Uzbekistan. According to the Seismoprognostic Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the epicenter of the earthquake was located in the Badakhshan province of Afghanistan, 499 km southeast of Tashkent.

Fargʻona province: 4 magnitude, 417 km;
Jizzax province: 4 magnitude, 417 km;

Qashqadaryo province: 4 magnitude, 446 km;
Andijon province: 3–4 magnitude, 477 km;
Namangan province: 3–4 magnitude, 477 km;
Toshkent province: 2–3 magnitude, 495 km;
Toshkent city: 2–3 magnitude, 499 km;
Navoiy province: 2 magnitude, 554 km;
Buxoro province: 2 magnitude, 597 km.
