Two plots of land near Navruz Park and the German Embassy in Tashkent have been listed for sale in two separate lots on the E-Auksion electronic trading platform.
According to the auction listing, the first lot is located at 13 Sharof Rashidov Street. It consists of a 38-square-meter nonresidential building along with a 2-hectare plot of land, with a starting price of 436.3 billion soums.
The second lot, at 13A Sharof Rashidov Street, includes a 10-square-meter building and a 1.2-hectare plot, valued at nearly 223.9 billion soums.
Together, the starting price for both lots comes to roughly 660.2 billion soums.
On the E-Auksion listings themselves, the properties are described simply as nonresidential buildings. However, the property passports attached to the lots identify them as "a nonresidential building (Navruz Park of Culture and Recreation)."
One of the lots includes an appraisal report for the property at 13 Sharof Rashidov Street, which states that the asset being appraised is real estate belonging to Navruz Park of Culture and Recreation. The report lists the purpose of the valuation as its sale through public auction.
The legal basis for the privatization is cited as Presidential Decree No. UP-177, issued August 28, 2026, on reducing state participation in the economy and accelerating privatization. Both properties appear as items 39 and 40 in Annex 3.14 to the decree - a list of state-owned real estate in Tashkent designated for public auction in 2026-2027.
According to that document, the properties are held on the books of the Tashkent territorial department of the Center for Effective Use of State Property Assets, under the Agency for Management of State Assets.
The privatization decree itself makes no mention of the properties' connection to Navruz Park.
