Russian citizens will soon be able to access Russian state services through a multifunctional center at the Russian House in Tashkent, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko said at the Digital Solutions Forum, RBC reported.

“Preparations are under way to launch the first such project in Uzbekistan,” Grigorenko said, adding that the center would provide access to Russian governmental services abroad.

The center will offer high-demand services including obtaining a SNILS, or individual insurance account number, and an electronic signature.

Grigorenko’s office said a similar service would be deployed in Kazakhstan in the coming months.

“In the future, foreign nationals will also be able to use services through this system,” the office said.

The planned center is part of the expansion of Russia’s multifunctional center, or MFC, system beyond the country’s borders. In January, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said MFCs provided 630 services and received more than 160 million applications in 2025.

First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration Sergei Kiriyenko separately said MFCs had provided more than 166 million services in 2025.
