President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will travel to Astana on Nov. 5-6 for a working visit at the invitation of Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Jordan’s King Abdullah II.
The head of state will take part in a meeting of Central Asian leaders held under the Aqaba Process. The talks will focus on ensuring security in the field of artificial intelligence, countering its use for terrorist and extremist purposes, and strengthening international and regional cooperation in responding to new technological risks and threats.
The Aqaba Process is an international initiative launched by Abdullah II in 2015. It aims to strengthen international cooperation against terrorism and extremism, share experience on security and coordinate joint efforts.
