The Central Election Committee (CEC) has created 44 polling stations abroad for the Presidential elections on December 4.
The CEC of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has adopted a resolution to create in the missions abroad of 44 polling stations for the elections of the President of Uzbekistan.
In the statement of the Republican press center for election coverage it says that these polling stations will be assigned to the 14th election district in Tashkent city, overall there are 713 polling stations in the Tashkent election dictrict.
At the Central Election Commission’s meeting on 3 October which was held as a videoconference, a decision was taken to establish the working groups within the CEC to verify the correctness of the signature sheets submitted by the political parties.
