905,200 births were recorded in Uzbekistan throughout 2021, making Uzbekistan the top country in the CIS in terms of birth rate per 1000 people - 25.9 the State Statistics Committee said.
Uzbekistan was followed by Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan with a birth rate of 23.5 and 22.4, respectively.
