Uzbekistan women’s football team on 1540 points keeps 42nd place in the updated FIFA Women’s world ranking for December with no matches played since the last ranking.
Uzbekistan is ranked ninth among the Asian Football Confederation teams (AFC), after Australia (6th place in the ranking), Japan (7), North Korea (10), China (13), South Korea (18), Thailand (30), Vietnam (32) and Chinese Taipei (39).
It is worth noting Uzbekistan is third among the Commonwealth of Independent States (AFC) teams, after Russia (23) and Ukraine (26).
USA (on 2140 points) is still on top of the world ranking, followed by Germany (2109 points) and France (2041 points).
