15 immovable property from among state-owned assets in Tashkent have been put for auction by the Committee for assistance to privatized enterprises and competition.
Among them - Sayokhat hotel (starting price - 28.6 billion soums), Istirokhat factory (20.6 billion soums), two shopping centers and others.
Individuals wishing to purchase the said assets must offer the highest bid, commit to invest and create jobs.
The list of state assets put up for sale, with prices and photos, is published on the website of the Tashkent mayor’s office.
A source in the mayor’s office said that part of the proceeds from the sale will be used to repair the Tashkent city roads.
