The Uzbek Embassy in Russia, together with the Namangan-based company Dilrabo SDA, are working on the issue of opening a trade house in the Samara province in 2020. the Embassy said.
The trade house will import ready-made garments from Uzbekistan to sell in the Russian market.
The US$ 2 million project is being implemented in pursuance of the deal reached during the Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Uzbekistan and Russia in October 2018.
Officials of Dilrabo SDA visited the Samara province in March to discuss the stages of the project and joint measures to speed its opening.
