The Tashkent Fashion Week 2016 started on Tuesday at Kamolot Palace. According to organizers, the Fashion Week will feature the shows from local and foreign couturiers and include an international conference dedicated to fashion industry technologies.
Total 956 dresses will be presented to the publiс during the shows. The Tashkent Fashion Week shows will include designers from 11 countries: Iran, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, South Korea, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Poland, Russia and Tajikistan.
As the organizers underscored, the Fashion Week’s purpose is to promote and develop the Uzbek fashion design industry, both locally and abroad.
The Fashion Week kicked off with the exhibition -Uzbek artistic fabric and the show of traditional Uzbek costumes from all regions of Uzbekistan.
