The Ministry of Economy and Finance has published a draft Citizens Budget for the next year. In 2025, almost a quarter of the state budget revenues are projected to be collected from AMMC (Almalyk Mining and Metallurgy Plant) and NKMK (Navoi Mining and Metallurgy Plant).
The share of these two plants in the budget revenues is projected to be 22.9 percent.
The forecast figures of the share of large taxpayers in state budget revenues in 2023-2025 have changed as follows (percentage points):

Compared to the forecast figures for 2024, the share of AMMC in state budget revenues will decrease from 5.8% to 5.2%, the share of Uzbekneftegaz from 2.5% to 1.5%, the share of Bukhara Oil Refinery from 0.4% to 0.2%, the share of Uz-Kor Gas Chemical from 0.3% to 0.1%, the share of Uzbek Metallurgical Plant from 0.3% to 0.1%, and the share of UzBAT from 1% to 0.9%.
In turn, the share of NMMC in state budget revenues is expected to increase from 12.4% to 17.7%, the share of UzAuto Motors from 1% to 1.3%, and the share of Khududgaztaminot from 1.3% to 1.5%.
