President Shavkat Mirziyoyev by his August 1 decree dismissed Saidkamol Khodjaev from post of the deputy chairman of the Central Bank “due to his moving to another job". No information is available about his new role.
Saidkamol Khodjaev was appointed as deputy chairman of the Central Bank in March last year. Since December 2014, he had served as chairman of the board of UzPromStroyBank.
In 2003, Khodjaev graduated from Tashkent Institute of Finances, and holds a degree in banking. In 2007 he also graduated from the Academy of State and Social Construction under the President.
