High-altitude cyclone will set the weather for the week with ocassinal rains with thunderstorms expected, Uzhydromet reported. On April 3-4, they will be strong in places in Navoi, Samarkand, Jizzakh, Kashkadarya provinces.
Daytime air temperature during the week will range from +20…+23 degrees to +15…+18.
Rains across Uzbekistan will be accompanied by an increase in wind up to 15-20 m/s, in some areas - with a dusty drift, as well as with hail.
It will rain from time to time in the foothills and mountainous areas of the country, on April 3-6 it will be heavy in places. In the highlands on April 5-6, the transition of rain to snow is not ruled out.
On April 3-4, mudflows and floods are possible in the foothill and mountainous areas. On April 3-7, in the mountainous provinces of the Tashkent province, over 2000 m is avalanche-hazardous.
From April 4 to April 6, it will rain with thunderstorms in Tashkent, with hail possible. The wind is expected to change directions from weak 5-10 m/s to moderate 12-15 m/s. Daytime air temperature on Monday will be +21…+23 degrees, by the middle of the week it will drop to +16…+18.
