Uzbek President’s security aide, Viktor Makhmudov met his Russian counterpart, Nikolai Patrushev and considered a wide range of issues of Uzbek-Russian cooperation, primarily in the area of security.
The counterparts discussed the current state and prospects for further advancing bilateral cooperation in the field of military and military-technical cooperation, ways of solving migration problems, as well as ensuring the security of information infrastructure and responding to computer incidents, and exchanged views on the situation in Central Asia.
