Fergana province governor Khairulla Bozorov announced a new experiment in the province. Now officials and citizens will get 500,000 soums, or US$ 45 for each kilogram of weight they lose.
He told about this during his address to local residents.
“We have developed a new procedure according to which a healthy lifestyle will be formed in the province. This experiment will be carried out in Fergana, if the results are positive, then the system will be used in the country. Each official will receive 500 thousand soums for each kilogram of weight they lose, ”he said.
If an official loses weight by 5 kilograms, he will receive 2.5 million soums. To do this, he must visit the clinic and register. In addition, the government official must periodically measure his or her weight.
“These rules also apply to local residents. Citizens will also receive this sum,” the governor underscored.
