Having qualified for the World Cup, Uzbekistan national team will now be aiming to play in a number of friendly matches against world’s football powerhouses.

On Tuesday, the Foreign Ministry held its regular monthly meeting with the Russian authorities on migration issues. According to the Foreign Ministry’s press service, the Uzbek officials "pointed at the reports of unauthorized checks, disrespectful and rude treatment of Uzbek nationals in a number of cases in Russia that are cause for serious concern."
