Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan Vitaliy Fen presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Korea, Moon Jae-in.
The ceremony of presentation of credentials was held in the residence of Cheong Wa Dae (Blue House).
On May 27, 2017, the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the 10th plenary meeting approved the appointment of Vitaly Fen as the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Korea.
In 1995-2013, Fen initially worked as a charge d'affaires of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and then as the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to the Republic of Korea. In this post, he has replaced Butirjon Asadov.
