Legendary Bollywood actor Dharmendra, lovingly called the 'He-Man of Indian cinema', has passed away at the age of 89 yesterday. The news has left fans across the country heartbroken, as he was one of the most loved and respected stars in Indian film history.

His passing marks the end of an era in Bollywood, and tributes have already started pouring in from fans, colleagues, and friends who grew up watching his films and celebrating his incredible journey.

The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote a heartfelt note for the veteran star, "The passing of Dharmendra Ji marks the end of an era in Indian cinema. The veteran actor's wife and actress Hema Malini, his sons Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, and daughter Esha Deol were among the family members present at the last rites.
