Five Uzbek nationals died when a bus was hit by a train at a crossing in the Ozinsky district of the Saratov province in Russia, and the two injured are the Kazakh nationals.

“There were seven people in the bus, two of them are Kazakh citizens, the driver and his assistant, who are now hospitalized. And the five passengers, who died, according to the migration service, are the citizens of Uzbekistan,” the regional traffic police department said.

The Uzbek Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Emergency Situations have not yet commented on the incident.
