The bill signed into law on July 30 introduced amendments and addenda to some regulations, providing for a number of additional rights for political groups that declare themselves an opposition in parliament.
Such political groups will have the following rights:
???? for its representatives guaranteed positions of 1 committee chairman and 2 deputy committee chairmen of the Legislative Chamber;
???? to introduce an alternative version of a bill or its component parts on the same issue before the draft law is reviewed in the second reading;
???? to introduce a matter within the framework of the "government hour" and parliamentary inquiry every quarter.
The Law shall take effect on the date of its official publication.
