A major fire broke out in the Yozyovon district of the Fergana province late in the evening on June 16. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the blaze tore through a non-residential building and damaged three vehicles.
Tragically, two people lost their lives in the incident, and three others sustained injuries of varying severity.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation. Senior leadership from the Provincial Emergency Situations Department and local municipal services arrived at the scene to oversee the response.
