The Presidential signed the Ratification of an International Treaty Decree approving the Agreement on the establishment of an Uzbek-Tajik investment company, the Ministry of Justice said.
The Agreement was inked on June 10, 2021 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
The Fund for Reconstruction and Development has been designated as the authority responsible for the implementation of this international treaty.
The Cabinet of Ministers and the heads of relevant ministries and departments shall monitor the implementation of the provisions of this international agreement upon its entry into force.
