Land prices in Tashkent remained below last year's level in June, according to the Central Bank's real estate market review. The average asking price for a sotka (100 square meters) was about 292 million soums, 9% lower than in June 2025, when it stood at 334 million soums. For comparison, the average in June 2024 was 342 million soums, and in April of that year it reached 364 million soums.

After a sharp drop in May, prices partially recovered, rising 2.6% in June from the previous month.

The Central Bank has attributed the decline to a growing supply of plots in districts farther from the city center. Over 2025, for example, the share of plots on the city's outskirts rose by 22%, while the supply in central districts fell by 13%.
