Preparations for the upcoming state visit of the President of Uzbekistan to Saudi Arabia were discussed in Jeddah. The Deputy PM/Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade Jamshid Khojaev met with the Minister of Investments of Saudi Arabia Khalid al-Falih in Jeddah.
The parties considered the ways to fill up the agenda of the high-level visit with specific projects in the field of trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian cooperation and the ways to attract additional Saudi Arabian investments to Uzbekistan.
As per the findings of the analysis of the existing opportunities for stepping up the ties, the expected high-level visit will upgrade the bilateral cooperation to a qualitatively new level.
