At least 186 people were hospitalized in Shahrikhan district of Andijan on Monday after an outbreak of food poisoning, the Emergency Situations Ministry said in a statement.

President Mirziyoyev signed decree naming Ahadbek Haydarov as Deputy Minister of Finance of Uzbekistan, the press service of the Ministry of Finance announced.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree on May 11 creating the Committee on Forestry to replace the Office of Forestry under the Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources of Uzbekistan.

The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a state visit to China on May 11-13, UzA said. Shavkat Mirziyoyev will meet with the Chinese President Xi Jinping, Premier of the State Council Li Keqiang, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress Zhang Dejiang and other leaders, where they are expected to discuss the state and prospects for advancing the bilateral ties.
