Today, May 31, more than 150-strong Uzbekistan business delegation will visit Dushanbe. The delegation includes businesses from all provinces and major cities.
Tomorrow, Dushanbe’s Hyatt Regency hotel will host an Uzbek-Tajik business forum, Asia-Plus said, citing a source from the Tajik government.
Businesses of the two states will discuss the implementation of new joint projects, as well as sign contracts for products and services supply.
Reportedly, Tashkent and Dushanbe want to give a new impetus to the growth of mutual trade turnover and bring the annual trade volume to one billion dollars.
As reported earlier, over a hundred Uzbek artists will participate in the Evening of Friendship concert in Dushanbe.
