Akhmet Smetullaev, 29, a coach for a children's and youth sports school in the Chimbai district, and Dauletmurat Zhiemuratov (1983), director of Korauzak Sohib LLC, are accused under similar articles.

The blogger and founder of the website Ayama.uz Bakhtiyar Kadirbergenov (1986) is charged with Hooliganism associated with resistance to a representative of the authorities or the public performing duties of protecting public order, or other citizens, preventing hooligan behavior and others in similar charges.
