Kazakhstan on over one and a half million holds top spot in terms of tourists who visited Uzbekistan in 2022. According to the Statistics Agency, 5.2 million foreign citizens visited Uzbekistan for tourism purposes in January-December 2022.
This figure is by 3.4 million people or 2.8 times higher than the corresponding period last year.
