The Ministry of Economy and Finance forecasted the 10 major taxpayers in Uzbekistan in 2023, which are projected to contribute 31.2% of state budget revenues in 2023.

- Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine (AMMC) - 8.1%
- Uzbekneftegaz - 1.8%
- Uztransgaz - 1.7%
- Khududgaztaminot - 1.2%
- UzBat - 1.1%
- UzAuto Motors - 0.9%
- Bukhara Oil Refinery - 0.6%
- Uz-Kor Gas Chemical - 0.6%
- Uzbek Metallurgical Plant - 0.4%
In 2022, it was forecasted that the share of these companies in the 2022 state budget revenues would stand at 36.44%.
It is worth noting that in 2018, 34% of the forecasted revenues came from 20 large taxpayers, that is, the sources of state budget revenues were more diversified.
Then the share of Uztransgaz was 5.1%, NMMC - 5%, AMMC - 3.1%. The list also included Kyzylkumcement - 1.2%, Fergana Oil Refinery - 1.2%, Coscom (Ucell) - 1%, Asia Trans Ga,s the Uzbekistan-China gas pipeline operator - 1.2%, Akhangarancement - 0.6%, Toshkentvino - 1.1% and others. Some of these companies have been privatized.
Thus, the 2023 state budget has become more dependent on large state-owned companies compared to 2018. In 2022, the share of NMMC and AMMC was 17.82% and 9.4%, in 2021 - 20.1% and 6.4%, in 2020 - 13.5% and 4.6%, in 2019 - 6.8% and 3.6% respectively.
