David Hoffman has been appointed as the new director to the US Agency for International Development (USAID) mission in Uzbekistan, the mission said on its Facebook page.
“We are excited to announce the arrival of our new Mission Director, David Hoffman, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Mr. Hoffman will lead the USAID's programs in support of the Government of Uzbekistan’s ongoing reform agenda. Earlier, USAID Administrator Samantha Power administered his oath of office at USAID Headquarters in Washington, D.C.”, the statement says.
