Meeting of the Senate council, moderated by the Senate spokesperson Tanzila Narbaeva adopted a resolution to convene for forty-sixth plenary meeting on October 27, 2023.
The plenary meeting, to be held via videoconference, a number of issues are planned to be discussed. Among them are the Probation Bill, the Road Traffic Bill, four Bills on amendments and additions to the Civil Procedure Code, the Economic Procedure Code, the Code of Administrative Responsibility, the Code of Administrative Proceedings in connection with improving the procedure for verifying the legality and validity of court decisions.
It is also planned for senators to discuss Amendments in connection with improving the procedure for verifying the legality, validity and fairness of court decisions, Amendments to some legislative acts, Amendments to some legislative acts aimed at increasing the size of land plots allocated for running farms and Amendments to some legislative acts in connection with the adoption of the Security Activities Bill.
In addition, at the plenary meeting it is planned to review the Bill on ratification of the Treaty on the establishment of the Turkic Investment Fund (Ankara, March 16, 2023) and electing the Children’s Ombudsman.
