President signed Amendments to some legislative documents in connection with the improvement of pharmaceutical activities. According to the amendments, healthy people can voluntarily participate in clinical trials of a pharmacological agent or drug.
The clinical trial director must provide a detailed explanation to the person participating in the clinical trial about the importance of the research method, the nature of the trial, and the possible risks.
A person has the right to refuse to participate in the study at any stage.
When participating in a study of a minor or incompetent person, the written consent of his parents or other legal representatives must be obtained before the start of the study.
A clinical trial in adults must be conducted before a clinical trial in minors.
The amendments take effect on the day of its official announcement.
