On November 27, the ceremony was held at the Medical Association of the Nukus District of the Republic of Karakalpakstan for handing over an ultrasound equipment of Japanese production provided under the "Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects" of the Government of Japan in the amount of 90,650 US dollars.
It is expected that the cooperation with Japan will enable immediate and accurate diagnosis for local residents and improve the quality of medical services in the region.
Japan attaches great importance to the concept of "Human Security", which contributes to the creation of a society where everyone can live happily and with dignity. Japan will continue to cooperate in improving access to high-quality medical services in Uzbekistan.
