President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko offered a message to the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, congratulating him on his 60th birthday.
"Successful implementation of reforms under Your leadership within the framework of Uzbekistan’s Development Strategy opens a new page in the development of sovereign Uzbekistan. Steady modernization of the country will contribute to the further strengthening of Uzbekistan’s reputation in the world and to the welfare of its hardworking people,” Petro Poroshenko said in his message.
The Ukrainian leader stressed that reciprocal readiness to give momentum to the development of an effective dialogue between Ukraine and Uzbekistan will serve to further deepen the friendship ties and beneficial cooperation in the interest of the peoples of the two countries.
"I take this opportunity to offer an invitation to visit Ukraine at a time convenient for You," he concluded.
