Government issued Measures to improve the system for recording traffic violations using special automated software and hardware for photo and video recording Resolution.
From July 1, 2024, automated photo and video recording soft and hardware in front of schools located along roads, at pedestrian crossings on roads with four lanes, at accident sites, at railway crossings will be gradually installed by the Center for the Development of Safe City Systems of the Interior Ministry at the expense of the Republican Safe Road and Safe Pedestrian Fund.
Including:
• special automated photo and video recording software and hardware shall be installed in places designated by the Road Traffic Safety Service (RTSS) of the Department of Public Security of the Interior Ministry;
• installation locations shall be determined by the Traffic Safety department following analysis of traffic violations and accidents.
Within two months, the Ministry of Transport will conduct a inventory check of railway crossings with a high degree of danger, compile a list of addresses and submit it to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The Foreign Ministry, as part of the Safe City concept for 2024-2026, will take measures to install special automated software and hardware for photo and video recording of traffic violations in front of schools located along roads, at pedestrian crossings on roads with four lanes, at hot spots Road accidents, at railway crossings based on a list of addresses, as well as their integration into the “Safe City” systems.
