Judge of the Sergeli District Criminal Court has become a defendant in a criminal case of fraud and bribery, the press service of the Supreme Judicial Council said.
The council, on the proposal of the Prosecutor General, today reviewed and approved the prosecution of judge Sh. A. with the deprivation of his judicial powers.
