Today, on April 25, the delegation led by the governor of Surkhandarya province, Ulugbek Kasimov left for the Balkh region of Afghanistan in order to deliver humanitarian aid to the brotherly Afghan people on behalf of the people of Uzbekistan.
48 tons of flour, 48 tons of wheat, 15,000 liters of vegetable oil, 10,000 pieces of canned meat, 24 tons of sugar and 22 tons of pasta products, as well as 100,000 pieces of packaged noodles were included in the humanitarian aid loaded on 8 trucks.
Humanitarian aid handover ceremony will take place today in Khairatan with the participation of the officials of the two countries.
